Dr. David Shin
I graduated from SUNY State College of Optometry in New York. Living in New York has been one of the most exciting and fun time in my life. I think New York is a must.... However, I am a California boy. I grew up in CA and I am currently practicing in Rancho Cucamonga and in Hesperia. I am one of the few people who were blessed to be educated in a great country like USA. Even more, I am blessed to have chosen a profession I really really really love.... To me, an human eye is an beautiful thing. I love what I do and I am proud of the service I provide to my community.
Dr. Shin is also a highly experienced Optometrist with a specialization in low vision. He also holds a TPA license.

Dr. Franklin B. Inouye
Dr. Inouye graduated from Illinois College of Optometry in 1992. As a TPA licensed optometrist he is able to accommodate a broad range of ocular health concerns. He joined Vision Xpress Optometry in 1999.

Sheila M. Bartlett, O.D.
Dr. Bartlett did her under graduate studies at DePauw Green-castle Indiana, she her Graduate studies at the University of California School of Optometry in Berkley. She graduated in 1966. In 1969 and 1970 She served as an instructor and lecturer at Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Homesick for California she returned in 1971. From 1971 to 1980 she practiced in Montclair. From 1981 to 2004 she was located in San Bernardino. After selling her practice in 2004 she joined our staff. She specializes in contact lenses and children's vision.

Mr. Kevin Minard
Kevin has 28 years of experience in the optical industry. He is our Lab Technician that takes care of cutting lenses, adjusting frames and general repairs.
